Goodness

If you know me, you know I am easily exciteable and that I can't be unhappy for very long.  So, the last post was just way too depressing to leave for an extended period of time.  Let's talk about some way cool things going on in my life to cheer up.

I love my job!  The people I work with are so fun and cool!   I get to leave the lab a day or two a week and go out to orchards to get samples and stuff, so that is fun!  I love being outside so much, especially when the sun is as strong as it is here.

On Sunday we had stake conference, accompanied by the first ever all Spanish stake conference session in our stake.  It was historic, and made possible because Elder Robins of the Quorum of the Seventy speaks Castellano.  (That's right, he learned Spanish in Argentina, too!) After the amazing English session, (my appreciation for the sacrament has increased three fold,)  I attended the Spanish session.  Two hours of pure spanish, and I understood 97%!!!!!  Luckily I was sitting next to a friend who served in Uraguay, and he filled me in on the 3% I didn't get.  I think I asked him what five words meant over the whole two hours. YEAHHHH!  Not to mention how much I was edified by what was said, especially the emphasis placed on parents teaching their children through the scriptures, the spirit, and by example.  I love President Gonzalez.. I wish he was my mission president.

Speaking of mission presidents... I try to only talk about things I have already done rather than plans I have, because I don't want creepers knowing where I am going.  BUT I am sooo excited about this that I am just going to talk about it.  I am going out with the sister missionaries in my parents ward!  I am a little nervous, but very excited.  I haven't done this since the summer before last.  Sooo Cooool!

Also, Addison is an idiot, but somehow I still am rooting for her.  Stupid Private Practice.
